Keep your child reading all summer with this selection of recommended summer reading lists for 2010. SANDUSKY WELCOMES NEW ADMINISTRATORS

Sandusky City Schools welcomes two new administrators, Mr. Sheldon Smith and Mr. Dennis Muratori, to our district. Mr. Smith will be principal of Adams Junior High, replacing Mr. Bob Toney after his retirement.  Mr. Muratori is our new Assistant Superintendent for the District, replacing Mr.Thomas Tucker.

NEEDED: NEW OR GENTLY USED SCHOOL UNIFORMS

Sandusky City Schools welcomes new or gently used school uniforms for students in grades K-6.  Shirts, slacks, belts and shoes will graciously be accepted on an ongoing basis.  Items can be dropped off at the Sandusky Board from 8:00 AM-12:00 PM and 1:00 PM-2:45 PM.

NEW VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS FOR K & 7TH GRADES
The Ohio Department of Health has notified all school districts that the immunizations required for school attendance have changed for the 2010-11 school year.  The Erie County Health Department will be providing school-based 6th grade immunization clinics only to those students whose parents have completed a consent form.  [...click for more]
